2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership

All branding, logos, content, and unique elements within the Tripsceylon app are the exclusive property of Tripsceylon. Unauthorized use of these elements is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2.2 Third-Party Content

Any third-party content or services available through the app are the property of their respective owners. Users must respect these intellectual property rights.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Suspension

If a user violates any part of these Terms & Conditions, their account may be suspended within 24 hours. The user must contact the support team to verify their details and reactivate their account.

3.2 Account Termination

Tripsceylon reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Cancellations

Users may cancel a booking within 24 hours without any charges. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the full booking payment will apply.

4.2 Refund Conditions

Full refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

While we strive to provide accurate information, Tripsceylon is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party content, such as hotel descriptions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Update Policy

Tripsceylon reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
