1. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Tripsceylon app.

1.2 Content Standards

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload, such as reviews and images, adheres to the following standards:

• No content should include nudity, harmful, or unwanted material.
• Reviews should not contain content related to religion, child abuse, or harmful activities.

1.3 Booking Policies

Users must ensure that all bookings are genuine. Fraudulent bookings or misuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension.

1.4 Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that could harm the app's integrity, such as fraudulent bookings or misuse of promotional offers. Violations may result in penalties, including account suspension.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership

All branding, logos, content, and unique elements within the Tripsceylon app are the exclusive property of Tripsceylon. Unauthorized use of these elements is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2.2 Third-Party Content

Any third-party content or services available through the app are the property of their respective owners. Users must respect these intellectual property rights.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Suspension

If a user violates any part of these Terms & Conditions, their account may be suspended within 24 hours. The user must contact the support team to verify their details and reactivate their account.

3.2 Account Termination

Tripsceylon reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Cancellations

Users may cancel a booking within 24 hours without any charges. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the full booking payment will apply.

4.2 Refund Conditions

Full refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

• System errors or technical issues on Tripsceylon's part.
• Poor user experience due to app errors or inaccurate information.
• Property issues that lead to booking cancellation within 24 hours.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Users agree to the terms and conditions of these processors when making payments.

5. Liability Limitations

5.1 Service Disruptions

Tripsceylon is not liable for any disruptions in service, including but not limited to website downtime, booking errors, or issues caused by third-party services.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, Tripsceylon is not liable for inaccuracies in third-party content, such as hotel descriptions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Update Policy

Tripsceylon reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
